So this easter I decided to expand my skills to beyond just baking.
I decided to indulge in some Chocolatier-ing and made some Easter eggs.
They actually tasted okay and came out looking fairly decent.
I must admit that this involved alot more patience and alot more effort than my normal baking attempts. (more so than when i have been making intricate models of characters in icing, or even the children in need bear cakes)
I used Morrisons basics chocolate (milk) and Wiltons white candy melts (vanilla) for the large easter egg.
For the smaller one, I used Morrisons basics milk chocolate, pink edible sparkles, and honeycomb pieces.
I bought the moulds from Lakeland, my new baking obsession shop.
